We have a spacious riverside home with a king sized bed that is perfect for a unique getaway for the traveler  or couple who wants an authentic experience.  

 Our open plan spacious design boasts the following :

*1 min walk to the river

$150 USD per night (3 night minimum)

As an off-grid farm, we know it takes some getting used to but being able to take possession of your time and presence is a beautiful result.  We manage the electricity for the farm using a generator and solar panels, you are not "cut- off" but you can enjoy the relaxation that comes with not always being bombarded with EMF frequencies.  It might seem strange at first, but we promise that when you rent and stay with us you will find the slow mornings and the song of the jungle will remind you of a time not so long ago where we were not always on the screens.

The unique quality of Finca Silencio is that it feels far away from civilization yet it is only a 20 minute drive from the nearest town and beach.  Here you will be able to hike into the trees, jump into swimming holes from waterfalls, watch the stars without any light pollution- all while still being close to all of the amenities of a Costa Rican vacation.  With our recently installed Starlink wifi -we invite you to experience our perfect blend of convenience and curiosity, where you are immersed in the wild - and also comfortable enough to enjoy it.

Another unique aspect of the experience here at Finca Silencio, is the skills you can learn if you so choose.  Mickey our Farm Manager, has years of permaculture and gardening experience and if you want to tour our farming project or pick up a few tips you can organize a tour or a class with him during your stay.  Imagine learning how to crack open and drink your own coconut, or how to process cacao, or chopping plantains down with a machete?  You can be chill...or you can have as many new stories as you wish.

Here we value slow. Patient. Present.
