Tropical Climate Permaculture Basics 101
Our land Steward Mickey, will tour you around the farm and give you an overview of the practices for regenerative agriculture that we use day to day. Mickey will tell you the basics of how to grow your own food, what is in season when, and how to increase harvest yield. You can design a specialized program for an additional cost with Mickey throughout your stay. If you are looking to make the move to homesteading, Mickey can give you the insights necessary to make sure that you start off with the right tools and the right practices.
Learn the fundamentals of Painting and Visual Art
Our connection to nature is what inspires some of our most creative endeavours, and here we are so lucky to have an inhouse artist to help support your creative impulse. Josepeh Gilland is a skilled animaotr, painter, sketch artist, and sculptor and he can teach you about any format of visual art discipline that excites you. Private tutorials and multi class lesson plans are available upon request for an additional fee.
Farm to Table Community Gathering
Finca Silencio is a hub for our community, both local and expat, and to celebrate our abundance we will begin to host monthly events and dinners with farm fresh food and live music. The menu and chef will change with each event, so dinner club memberships are avaiable so that you can make sure to taste everything that we offer. 1 drink and entertainment is included in the ticket price. We are preparing things for next season and look forward to hosting you.
